Eligibility
Application Target
Applicants
must be non-Chinese citizens and in good health.
Well
performed both academically and behaviorally.
Degree Requirement
Applicants
for pre-college program must have high school diploma and be under 23.
Applicants
for undergraduate program must have high school diploma and be under 25.
Language Requirement
Chinese
language proficiency is required to meet the admission requirements of the
major applied for.
Scholarship
Coverage
1)
Type A (Full scholarship)
Exempt
from tuition fee.
Provide
accommodation on campus: economic double room (public restroom). If you choose
to live off-campus and get approval from the university, off-campus living
allowance is 700 RMB/month/person.
Living
allowance: 2500 RMB/month.
Provide
comprehensive medical care insurance for International Students: 800
RMB/person/year.

Type B (Partial scholarship)
Exempt
from tuition fee.
Provide
comprehensive medical care insurance for International Students: 800

Step 1: Apply Online
1.
Submit ECNU online application and pay application fee
Applicant
should register and apply online through http://lxsapply.ecnu.edu.cn/.

2. Upload SGS application form

1)
Application documents sent by email or fax are not accepted.
2)
Application with missing documents or failing to pay the application fee are
not accepted.
3)
Application documents and application fee will not be returned whether the
applicants are admitted
by
ECNU or not.
4)
Applicants DO NOT need to send the hard copy of the application documents by
post.
Step 2: Track Application Status
Online
Check
your email or login on your ECNU online application account to track your
application status.

Make sure your email address is correct and check your email occasionally, you
will receive some IMPORTANT INFORMATION, eg. the arrangement of interview etc.
Step 3: Admission and University
Enrollment
The
final result of your application will be announced both in your application
account and on
the
noticeboard of Global Education Center website (http://lxs.ecnu.edu.cn/).
Admitted
students must register on time with the original graduation certificate and
degree certificate.
Students
would not register, if they could not provide the relevant graduation
certificate and degree
certificate.

Scholarship winners who cannot register with the host institutions on time
should inform the host institution about the reasons in written form within 15
days before the admission date. For those who do not register as requested
without reason, the scholarship will be canceled.
4.
Scholarship will be canceled for those who do not pass the admission physical
examination, drop out, or take schooling suspension during the study.
