House Job Training Session 2024-25

The Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) Islamabad is inviting applications for one-year House Job training for vacant slots available for fresh medical graduates for the session 2024-25. Here are the essential details:

Eligibility Criteria:

1.      Educational Qualifications:

• Candidates must possess an MBBS or equivalent degree registered by PM&DC.
• Candidates must have a valid provisional registration with PM&DC.

2.      Application for Private or Other Medical Graduates:

• These candidates can apply subject to the provision of NOC and confirmation letter of payment of stipend from their Parent College/hospital along with a certificate duly signed by the principal that the candidate has not faced any disciplinary action during their stay in the college.

3.      Restrictions:

• Candidates who are already under training in other institutions are not eligible to apply.

General Information / Requirements:

1.      Documents Required:

• MBBS degree with detailed marks certificates of all professional examinations.
• Valid provisional registration with PM&DC.
• Domicile certificate.
• Character certificate.
• CNIC.
• Three photographs (passport size).
• Matric, F.Sc, Certificates of extracurricular activities.

2.      Selection Criteria:

• The selection of candidates will be based on merit and on the first come first serve basis until the seat/slot is filled.
• Shortlisted candidates shall be called for a test.

3.      Important Considerations:

• Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will be rejected.
• The competent authority reserves the right to reject any application(s).
• Applications should be addressed to the Assistant Registrar at R&I Branch, PIMS, G-8/3, Islamabad.
• Applications should be sent within 15 days of the publication of this advertisement.
• No TA/DA will be paid for interviews.
