For the KNB (Kemitraan Negara Berkembang) Scholarship, you need a recommendation letter from the Indonesian Embassy. Below is a step-by-step guide to obtaining it.


📌 Required Steps:


1️⃣ Check the Required Documents:

Ensure all documents are complete and accurate.

Incomplete or incorrect documents will result in rejection.


2️⃣ Email the Embassy:

Mention the university name where you are applying.

Mention the specific program and field of study you are applying for.

Embassy officials will verify details before issuing the recommendation letter.


3️⃣ Attach the Following Documents:

Profile picture

CNIC (National ID Card)

Passport (if available)

Matriculation transcript

Intermediate certificate (Sanad)

Bachelor’s transcript & degree

English proficiency certificate (or any language certificate if available)

Two recommendation letters from professors

One-page motivational letter (soft copy & handwritten copy)

Affidavit from parents

Medical certificate

Offer letter PDF from KNB scholarship website (after announcement)


4️⃣ Submission Process:

Merge all documents into a single PDF file.

Attach the file to an email and send it to kbrischolarship@gmail.com (Indonesian Embassy official email).

The Embassy will review documents within one to two days.
