You must apply directly to government universities approved by the Saudi Ministry of Education.

• Police Character Certificate

• Medical Certificate (issued within 6 months)

• Psychology Certificate

• Birth Certificate (optional but recommended)

• Recommendation Letters (2 required for MS/PhD)

• Statement of Purpose (for postgraduates)

• Arabic or English Language Certificate (some ask for IELTS, most accept MOI)

4. Eligibility Criteria (Standard Guidelines)

Bachelor’s:

• Age: 17–25

• Minimum: 75–80% or 3.0/4.0 GPA

• Must have completed secondary school within the last 3 years.

Master’s:

• Age: Under 30

• Minimum: 3.0/4.0 GPA

• Field of study should align with bachelor’s.

PhD:

• Age: Under 35

• Strong academic and research profile

• Research proposal might be required
