🎓 ADSU L’Aquila – Call for Scholarships 2025/2026

  • Conservatory of Music of L’Aquila

✅ Who Can Apply?

Eligible applicants include:

  • Italian citizens, EU citizens

  • Non-EU international students (legal residents or with valid permits)

  • Stateless students or political refugees

  • Students enrolled or planning to enroll in Bachelor’s, Master’s, Single-cycle Master’s, Doctoral, or eligible specialisation programs for the academic year 2025/26

📝 Application Deadline:

  • September 5, 2025 – Final date to submit and confirm your online application.

  • Documents required for international students (non-EU): must be submitted by November 10, 2025

🌍 International Students (Non-EU) – Special Requirements:

If you live outside Italy and your family resides abroad, you cannot use the Italian ISEE system. Instead, you must:

  1. Provide official documents issued by authorities in your home country, legalized and translated into Italian.

  2. The documents must include:

    • Family composition

    • Income of all family members for the year 2024

    • Property owned (real estate with surface area, movable assets, etc.)

    • All values must be converted to Euros (€) and translated into Italian.

  3. If your country has difficulty issuing such documents (as certified by the local Italian Embassy), the documents may be issued by:

    • Your country's embassy in Italy and legalized by the Prefecture, OR

    • Your university (if there is a bilateral agreement with L’Aquila), OR

    • Italian organizations that provide financial guarantees for student enrollment

  4. Students from "Particularly Poor Countries" (such as Afghanistan, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Ethiopia, etc.) may submit a declaration issued by the Italian Embassy in their country, certifying that they do not belong to a wealthy or high-income family. This will be considered equivalent to having an ISEE/ISPE of €0.

📑 Documents Required:

All students must submit the following via the “Fascicolo Elettronico” (Student Profile on the online portal):

  • Valid identity document

  • ISEE (if resident in Italy)

  • Income documentation (translated and legalized, if resident abroad)

  • For “off-campus” students: valid rental contract, lasting at least 10 months between October 1, 2025, and September 30, 2026

💸 Scholarship Amounts (Max Values)

Extra Increases:

  • +15% for very low ISEE (less than half the max allowed)

  • +20% for women in STEM programs

  • +20% for dual-enrolled students (only one program must be chosen for scholarship reference)

  • +40% for students with disabilities (for assistive resources)

🎯 Key Eligibility Criteria

Economic:

  • ISEE ≤ €24,335.11

  • ISPE ≤ €52,902.43

  • If from a "poor country" with a valid embassy certification, you may declare €0.

Academic:

  • 1st year students: Must earn at least 20 credits by:

    • August 10, 2026 (for 2nd payment)

    • November 30, 2026 (to avoid full refund)

  • Senior students: Required to meet merit thresholds by August 10, 2025 (based on year & course)

🔐 SPID Not Required for Foreigners

Only Italian or resident students use SPID. Foreign students use a dedicated login and registration process.
